Exchanges & returns

You can exchange or return any item within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, with the original tags attached.
• Bring the item to our store, or message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a pickup.
• Refunds are made in the same way you paid.
• Underwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
